Location The Northern Kentucky Convention Center is located in downtown Covington, KY and just across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, OH. The center is situated at the convergence of three major interstates, Northern Kentucky is a transportation center that offers a blend of cosmopolitan sophistication and Southern hospitality. Parking There are multiple pay-to-park parking facilities around the convention center including the Kenton County Parking Garage, RiverCenter Garage, and the Open Air Lot. Meeting Space Located in the heart of downtown Covington, the Convention Center has 204,000 total square feet of multi-purpose space that has 110,000 sq. ft. of meeting, exhibition and social function space. The main lobby has 8,000 square feet of public space equipped for registration, exhibits and receptions. The conference level includes a 22,800 sq. foot ballroom that can be divided into 5 separate spaces.

Three bridges spanning the Ohio River connect Covington to Cincinnati. During the Civil War Covington's ties with its northern neighbor greatly divided the people's loyalty; the connection has spurred industrial ventures and trade between the two states and has made Covington a part of the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The five- to six-block area making up MainStrasse Village is a restored 19th-century German neighborhood. Shops and restaurants are housed in renovated buildings. Of interest in the village is the Goose Girl Fountain, a life-size bronze sculpture of a German maiden carrying two geese to the market. Greek-born sculptor Eleftherios Karkadoulias destroyed the mold from which the fountain was cast, making the sculpture a unique piece.
