Location
The Eastern States Expo Center is located in West Springfield, MA. All conference hotels are either connected via a passage to the Convention Center or located directly across the street from the Convention Center conference site.
Parking
Big E Parking is available for guests at Gate 9 for $5 Mon. - Fri. and $10 Sat. or Sun. The Big E provides 580 accessible parking spaces, exceeding the code requirement of 58 spaces, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meeting Space
Located in the heart of West Springfield, the Convention Center has 167,562 square feet of exhibit space, including 106,200 square feet clear span. It has a 2,350 seat auditorium, 27 meeting rooms including a 31,000 square foot ballroom. Capable of handling more than 9,000 attendees with banquet space for up to 6,000.
