Location The Alerus Center is located in right in the middle of downtown Grand Forks and less than 5 miles from the Grand Forks Visitor Center. The Alerus center is conveniently close to the University of North Dakota, Altru Health System, the Amtrak Station, Grand Forks Marketplace, and the Columbia Mall. Parking There are 4,198 parking spaces available at the Alerus Center, including 13 spaces reserved for buses. There are also 16 secured parking spaces located on the north end of the Building. Meeting Space Located in the heart of Grand Forks, the Convention Center has a Grand Ballroom of 26,000 square feet that separates into 5 individual rooms. There is full catering available on site.
